St. John's Development Corporation invites you to learn more about us, our mission and projects. Established in February of 1986 by an Act of Parliament, the St John's Development Corporation is the statutory body responsible for the enhancement and orderly development of the main commercial center in Antigua and Barbuda, the City St. John's with the objective of developing projects beneficial to the cityscape.
To that end, the Corporation has initiated a number of projects which have significantly changed the face of St. John's; Heritage Quay, The Exhibition and Cultural Center at Perry Bay and most recently, the Vendor's Mall.

Central to St.John's is the Heritage Quay Duty Free Shopping Complex which offers a variety of products to suit every palate. Choose from a selection of brand name products, inclusive of leather goods, designer clothing, liquors, cigars, jewelry & much more..Heritage Quay also features a pier which accommodates mega Cruise Lines & other cruise vessels offering services such as Water, Telephone & Electricity.

in a market place atmosphere. Friendly vendors offer the visitor a variety

Food Court.
A visit to St.John's is not complete without a visit to the Public Market Complex, offering fresh fruits and vegetables as well as clothing and craft an other products. this facility offers a comfortable shopping experience and encapsulates the Antiguan way of life in one visit. Just a stone's throw across the bay is the Multipurpose Center which features an Exhibition Centre, Cultural Centre & a Conference Room; ideal for the hosting of regional and international events, trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, cultural events and other functions.
